Privacy Policy

• Account information. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and Google account identifier.
• Authentication data. Sign-in link tokens and session identifiers used to keep you logged in. We do not use passwords.
• Billing information. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, and subscription status.
• Usage and analytics. Aggregate, privacy-focused usage statistics (such as page views) collected via Umami. This analytics does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
• Technical data. Standard server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) generated when you access the Service.

• provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account;
• process subscriptions, payments, and renewals, and provide customer support;
• send you sign-in links and essential account or transactional emails;
• understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Service; and
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, and comply with law.

We share information only with the vendors that help us operate the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their functions:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Resend — delivery of sign-in and account emails.
• Google — optional sign-in (only if you use it).
• Umami — privacy-focused, aggregate analytics.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, which store the Service’s data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service. If we are ever involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. Our analytics is cookieless and does not build advertising profiles or track you across other sites. We do not run third-party ad trackers.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Server logs and analytics are retained for a limited period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing, subject to legal limits. To make a request, email us at hello@deadmoneyvault.com. Note that deleting your account will end your subscription and access. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 21 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service is operated in the United States and intended for users there. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
