Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and located somewhere sports wagering and access to sports-analytics content is legal. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

DeadMoneyVault provides statistical analysis, projections, and informational content about Major League Baseball strikeout markets. It is an information and entertainment product.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker, or facilitate wagers; we do not hold, transmit, or manage any betting funds; and we are not a financial, investment, or gambling advisor. Any wager you place is made with a third party of your choosing, entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Sports betting involves substantial risk of loss. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee, promise, or assurance of any outcome, profit, or winnings. Model projections, edges, expected value, and track-record figures are estimates and historical measurements; they do not predict future results. You may lose some or all of any money you wager.

You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for your betting decisions and their consequences, and you assume all risk associated with using the information we provide.

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind. You should not treat any content as a recommendation to place a particular wager. Make your own decisions and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

Some features require an account, created via a one-time email sign-in link or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly at hello@deadmoneyvault.com of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for a single individual; you may not share, sell, or transfer your account or its access.

Certain content (“VIP”) requires a paid subscription. The current plan is $25 per month, billed in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges. We may change plan prices or features on a going-forward basis; material changes to your recurring price will be communicated before they take effect, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

You may cancel at any time from your account (via the billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused access, or periods during which you did not use the Service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@deadmoneyvault.com and we will review it in good faith.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, republish, or share our picks, data, or content, in whole or in part, or make it available to non-subscribers;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service, or copy it to build a competing product;
• share account credentials or access with anyone else;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying model or source code;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited.

The Service, including its model outputs, content, design, and software, is owned by DeadMoneyVault and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use while your account is in good standing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

DeadMoneyVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, the MLB Players Association, any team, or any sportsbook or gaming operator. All team and player names, marks, and statistics are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or that any projection, line, or result shown is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeadMoneyVault and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost wagers, or gambling losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeadMoneyVault and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your wagers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not otherwise subject to binding arbitration or a small-claims proceeding.
